For those unfamiliar, ceramides naturally occur in skin to help with moisturization and act as a barrier that prevents dehydration. 

In and of itself, a hot, steamy shower is relaxing. But with the addition of the L'Occitane Almond Shower Oil in my body care routine, this daily ritual has become downright indulgent. The luxurious oil-to-milk oil (a rich blend of shea butter and almond, grapeseed, and coconut oils) has raised the bar on showering.

Because it's a microdermabrasion tool, its spinning aluminum oxide crystal-coated disks scrub away your dead, dull skin cells. It also "helps fade sun spots and get rid of dead skin, which accentuates pores and wrinkles, more efficiently than scrubs or cleansing brushes," Jeannette Graf, MD, a board-certified dermatologist in New York City, previously told Allure. 

Just remember to start off with the gentle white training disk (there are a variety of disks to accommodate skin sensitivity levels), move the device quickly over skin and don't hover, only do one pass per section of your face, and always sweep from the center of your face, outwards.

As we've said a bazillion times, you can't shrink your pores, but you can make them less noticeable — and a silicone-based primer is the fastest way to do that, Benefit's The Porefessional Pore Minimizing Primer. The biggest difference between this primer and every other primer we've tried is that you can wear it under or over makeup — which we love for WFH days. 

St. Tropez Self Tan Purity Bronzing Water Face Mist smells like a Maui vacation and looks like crystal-clear water — except it's actually a self-tanner. That said, you'd have to spray a lot of the stuff to get a significant tan tint to develop on your face, so consider it more of a post-vacation glow extender than a bonafide bronze. P.S. It won a 2019 Best of Beauty Award!
